Services

Your part, someday this week.

No molds means no tooling bill and no minimum order that forces you to buy 5,000 of anything. Change the design between v1 and v2 and it costs nothing extra.

Prototypes & samples

Bring a finished file or a napkin sketch. Both are normal here.

  • Accepted files: STL, STEP, 3MF, OBJ
  • Design help included. Revisions are fast.
  • Fit-test iterations priced into the project, not billed as surprises
  • You approve a physical sample before anything scales

Short production runs

Short runs, without a mold.

  • No mold costs, no punishing minimums
  • Design changes mid-run cost nothing to start
  • Batch tracking on every run
  • Straight talk: if your volume really wants injection molding, we'll tell you

Assembly & finishing

Parts that arrive ready to use.

  • Magnets, heat-set inserts, and fasteners installed
  • Multi-part assemblies tested before they ship
  • Retail-ready packaging on request

Questions we get

Straight answers

How fast is fast?

Depends on the job. Simple samples often ship within days of approval. Complex assemblies take longer. You never wait on tooling because we don't use any.

What does it cost?

Quoted per project. Pricing reflects material, machine time, assembly labor, and finish. Simple parts typically start under $250; most first projects land between $250 and $1,500. The quote form's budget brackets help us calibrate a proposal to what you're working with.

Do you sign NDAs? Who owns my design?

Yes, we'll sign a reasonable NDA. Your files stay yours. We don't reuse them, resell them, or show them to anyone. If we design something for you from scratch, ownership terms are agreed in the quote before work starts.

What can't you do?

Very high volumes (tens of thousands of units) usually want injection molding, and metal parts want a machine shop. If your project fits that better, we'll tell you up front instead of taking your money.

Can you make parts from a physical object I have?

Often, yes. Measurements and photos are enough for most functional parts. Mail us the broken original if it's easier. Reverse-engineering discontinued parts is some of our favorite work.
